This senior role is to project lead the delivery of London's most demanding super-prime residences through to completion.
Ideally, you will come from a design-focused studio and possess proven experience in the day-to-day project running of high-end, high-budget, beautifully crafted residential properties in the UK.
This is a lead and hands-on role, so an excellent attitude and strong collaborative skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Lead a small-to-medium team through the design and delivery of bespoke private residential projects.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications and expectations.
Manage the coordination of consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities.
Report directly to senior management on project progress, timelines, and budget.
Skills and Experience
Fully qualified Part III Architect (ARB or equivalent) from a design-focused background.
Considerable experience in project running and delivery of high-quality architectural work.
Substantial practical experience using Revit.
Proven ability to lead teams to success
Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with strong client-facing experience.
