Key Responsibilities
- Work across all RIBA stages, leading design delivery and technical execution.
- Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate smoothly with external consultants, contractors, and local planning authorities.
- Produce high-quality technical drawing packages and participate directly in everyday design collaboration.
Skills & Qualifications- ARB / Part III qualified (or equivalent) with a strong academic and professional track record.
- A proven interest in adaptive reuse, retrofit, and sustainable design principles.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating critical thinking, rigorous design analysis, and robust delivery experience.
- Strong Revit skills preferred.
