- Be responsible for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
5. User Content & License
Users may submit job postings, resumes, portfolios, and other content (“User Content”). By posting or uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for operating and promoting the platform.
You represent that you have all rights to the content you share and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Post false or misleading job listings.
- Upload content that is defamatory, offensive, or infringing.
- Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized tools to access the site.
7. Payment & Refund Policy
Employers purchasing job posting packages or premium features agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
8. GDPR & CCPA Compliance
We comply with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) to protect your privacy:
- You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
