What is the benefit of listing a job as “Featured”?
- A featured job on Interior Design Careers is distinguished by a gold highlight. While a featured job has the same elements as a standard job posting, a featured job averages 2x more viewers as it will stand out in the list of jobs that is being posted on our job board and may get an average of 2x more applicants.
- Once the employer is in the editing mode for the job posting, scroll down to the end and select the “Mark as Featured” option if your plan supports this feature, then proceed with adding the number of days you want the job to be featured.
Where will I receive my applicants?
- When creating your job posting, you'll have three options on how to receive your applications:
- Redirect applicants directly to an external URL to complete their application. This could be a link to the job posting in your ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or your company website. When applicants click "Apply," they'll be redirected to complete their application.
- Email: Have applicants apply by sending their applications directly to your email.
- Direct: Have applicants complete their applications on Interior Design Careers. You'll receive an email when a new application is received. You'll be able to view and manage applicants directly on your Interior Design Careers employer dashboard.
What type of jobs can I post?
- At Interior Design Careers, our audience is specifically interested in interior design projects for a variety of projects – homes, retail, hospitality, office, and much much more. Consequently, we mandate that jobs posted on our platform must pertain to Interior Design Projects. Any positions not related to interior design WILL NOT be approved. If your job is not approved, you will receive a full refund with an explanation.

- Job Title: Clearly specify the title for the role. Please note that the job title should only contain the title itself and no other details or information regarding the role.
- Job Location: Indicate where the candidate will be required to report for this role.
- Job Description: Provide a brief summary explaining the duties and responsibilities of the role. Please note this does not need to be exhaustive.
- Job Type: Clearly indicate whether the job is a permanent full-time or part-time role, contract or includes other parameters such as remote or on site requirements
- Please also note, we may make slight edits to your job posting to enhance clarity and optimize it for search engine readability.

- Interior Design Careers servers are hosted in AWS (Amazon Web Services) and accept communication only over TLS secure protocol. We process all the payments using Stripe and do not store any credit card information on our server to comply with security best practices.
