Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing conceptual and detailed interior design schemes for flagship projects, ensuring alignment with client vision and brand identity.
- Create sophisticated 3D models and visualisations using SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite to effectively communicate design intent.
- Collaborate closely with FF&E suppliers and manage procurement inputs to integrate functional and aesthetic elements seamlessly.
- Contribute actively to project deadlines, delivering clear and comprehensive design information tailored to RIBA stage requirements.
- Support internal and external presentation efforts, preparing high-quality visuals and presentation materials to showcase design proposals.
- Engage with the team to ensure a smooth workflow within a hybrid working environment, prioritising organisation and proactive communication.
Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, SketchUp/Enscape, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrable understanding of interior space programming and delivering across RIBA project stages.
- Experience collaborating on exterior or interior projects within the Sports and Entertainment sectors is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong visualisation skills, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D renders and conceptual work.
- Effective communicator with an eye for detail, capable of working independently within a collaborative team.
