Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical and creative delivery of Cat A & B fit-out projects within multiple sectors, ensuring design excellence and compliance with client standards.
- Take ownership of early-stage client briefs, developing innovative concepts and test-fits that balance aesthetic vision with practical feasibility.
- Manage site visits and contextual analysis to inform design decisions, ensuring seamless integration within the project's environment.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including CGI/digital specialists, to produce compelling visualisations and detailed technical packages using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Oversee project stages from concept development through technical documentation, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Lead client and stakeholder meetings, articulating design intent clearly and confidently, and capturing feedback effectively.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in delivering interior design or architectural projects within commercial, healthcare, or logistics environments—lead roles preferred.
- Demonstrable expertise in Revit and AutoCAD, with a strong grasp of building information modelling and technical documentation.
- Front-end design experience, with the ability to develop concepts that meet client visions and project constraints.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Capable of managing multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Well-versed in on-site challenges, with proactive problem-solving skills ensuring buildable, practical solutions.
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite; SketchUp skills advantageous but not essential.
