Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical execution of flagship hotel and hospitality schemes, from concept development through to construction documentation, ensuring designs are aligned with client and studio vision.
- Oversee and mentor design team members across all levels, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional development.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating internal resources, external consultants, and suppliers to deliver creative, timely, and on-budget outcomes.
- Develop and present compelling visual and verbal design proposals, translating conceptual ideas into polished presentations that engage and inspire clients.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of innovative materials, sustainability, and global F&B trends, integrating these insights into project designs.
- Act as a proactive point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to refining studio standards and processes, promoting efficiency and quality in every stage of design and delivery.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in hospitality interiors, with a portfolio that demonstrates high-quality work on commercial hotel projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Revit or other BIM tools is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and guiding design teams.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts confidently.
- Deep understanding of materiality, construction, and sustainability principles relevant to hospitality design.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and problem-solve effectively.
