An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a premium, design-led organisation as a Marketing & Content Executive. This is a varied, hands-on role for a creative marketer who enjoys producing content, working across digital channels and turning audience insight into new ideas.
You’ll play an important role within the marketing team, helping to shape the organisation’s digital presence, create engaging content, support email marketing and bring events to life. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a broad range of activity while developing your skills in a collaborative, positive team environment.
The ideal candidate will combine strong creative skills with excellent attention to detail, be confident managing multiple projects and have a genuine interest in AI and emerging digital marketing trends.
Responsibilities

Maintain and update website blogs, imagery and news content, ensuring content follows best practice for AI-driven optimisation and search visibility.
Assist with compiling and sending email marketing newsletters and designing newsletter webpages.
Analyse performance data to understand audience engagement and identify opportunities for future activity.
Assist with regular marketing reporting, building on what works and adapting what doesn’t.
Support the planning, coordination and delivery of company-hosted events, including design, production, administration and logistics.
Represent the organisation at external and client-facing events as required.
Provide general day-to-day support to the marketing department.
Respond to ad-hoc requests and support cross-team projects.

Requirements

Degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, multimedia or a related field.
Experience in a marketing/design role involving hands-on content creation.
Experience in a premium sector such as luxury property and interiors, designer goods, high-end travel or hospitality is desirable.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
Experience with graphic design, video editing, photography and image retouching.
Canva experience is an advantage.
Familiarity with WordPress and email marketing software.
An interest in AI and digital marketing trends, with an enthusiasm for adopting new tools and approaches.
