The role involves managing technical design and BIM coordination for large-scale data centres and complex industrial/infrastructure projects, working directly with global design and delivery teams. Key Responsibilities:- Lead technical design, Revit modelling, and multi-disciplinary BIM coordination for massive data centre and technical infrastructure schemes.
- Develop and oversee complex BIM protocols, technical packages, and spatial coordination across all design and technical phases.
- Coordinate directly with international leadership teams, consultants, and offshore design studios.
- Ensure project compliance with global technical standards, BIM execution plans, and strict technical criteria.
- Manage technical delivery schedules and mentor junior technical staff within the studio.
- Maintain high technical accuracy across detailed drawing packages and model integration.
Skills & Expertise:- Substantial professional experience with a strong focus on technical drawing, Revit, and BIM coordination.
- Proven experience delivering technical packages on data centres, complex industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and current BIM software suites.
- An eagerness to relocate long-term to South Korea.
- Clear communicator capable of navigating cross-border, multi-studio project workflows.
- Korean language skills are a bonus, but not required (fluent English is essential).
