Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an Architect or Senior Architect to join their housing & residential team in London.
This is an opportunity to work on high-profile and complex residential projects from concept through to delivery, alongside some of the industry's most respected architects and technical specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the day-to-day management and coordination of multi-residential projects.
- Driving projects forward from initial concept through to technical delivery.
- Working closely with Project Directors and Associates to ensure design excellence.
- Providing guidance, mentorship, and support to junior colleagues.
- Liaising with the clients and local councils, navigating sector-specific requirements.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in the residential sector is essential.
- Strong Revit proficiency is a must, with the ability to lead on technical delivery.
- A natural team player with a collaborative approach to design and problem-solving.
- Confident in client-facing environments and skilled in stakeholder engagement.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid UK-based experience with a strong grasp of design and technical standards.
- A keen interest in sustainability and emerging trends in residential design.
