Internationally recognised design studio is seeking a Senior Architect or Senior Architectural Designer to join their London team. The practice is known for its global portfolio of innovative, large-scale projects across the mixed-use, commercial and retail sectors, and is looking for a creative designer to take a leading role in shaping landmark schemes at concept stage.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver large-scale international projects from early concept stages, working closely with internal teams and external consultants.
Manage and inspire small design teams, fostering a collaborative culture that champions creative and technical innovation.
Coordinate all stages of project development, ensuring design quality and consistency across multiple deliverables.
Engage with clients and stakeholders, representing the studio in meetings and presentations.
Oversee elements of project budgets, contributing to cost control and value optimisation.
Integrate design, technical delivery, and commercial awareness to deliver world-class architecture that meets client objectives.
Skills & Experience
RIBA/ARB-registered Architect or equivalent design professional with relevant qualifications.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, conceptual strength, and innovative design thinking.
Proven experience delivering large-scale international projects through early RIBA stages.
Demonstrated ability to manage small teams and coordinate complex project workflows.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing roles.
Proficiency in Revit and Rhino is essential; additional 3D visualisation or BIM experience beneficial.
Strong organisational and supervisory skills, with a focus on design quality and technical rigour.
Professional registration preferred but not essential.
