An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly respected, employee-focused architecture and design consultancy as a Regional Studio Manager on a 12-month maternity cover contract. Supporting two regional studios, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business, partnering with senior leaders to drive operational efficiency, resource planning and team performance. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations across two regional studios, ensuring efficient processes and effective communication.
Partner with senior leadership to support resource planning, project coordination and operational performance.
Lead and support studio administration teams, providing guidance, coaching and day-to-day management.
Coordinate project reporting, financial and resource data, identifying operational risks and supporting solutions.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, documentation, facilities management and health & safety requirements.
Foster a positive, collaborative studio culture while supporting onboarding and team development.
Requirements
Previous experience in a Studio Manager, Operations Manager or similar role within an architecture, design or creative consultancy.
Proven people management experience with the ability to lead and develop teams.
Commercially aware with confidence interpreting financial and project data.
Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience using project management systems (such as CMap) and Microsoft Office.
A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to travel between Bristol and Oxford on a fortnightly basis.
Knowledge of health & safety, ISO standards or Common Data Environments would be advantageous.
