This private investor-backed studio is seeking an experienced On Site Project Architect to join it's expanding team. In this key role, you will:
- Lead the delivery of a high-profile residential project from RIBA Stage 3 through to completion.
- Act as a primary point of contact for the client and contractor for any on site and delivery queries.

Key responsibilities:- Regular site attendance & Meetings with contractor and clients
- Monitor Construction work for quality and compliance
- You will be a point of reference for all queries for the project
- Coordinate and resolve any technical issues and over see technical packages and on-site delivery
- Liaise and manage contractors and consultants on and off site.
- The role will mostly focus on RIBA stages 3 - 7 but experience across all is required.
- Maintaining design and technical quality
Skills:- Minimum 2 years experience in RIBA stage 5+
- Keen interest and strength in construction and onsite Delivery
- Outstanding technical knowledge and detailed drawing ability
- Experience on listed buildings required
- Able to work independently and in a team
