Our client is a highly regarded, design-led interior design studio seeking a proactive and enthusiastic PT Studio Manager to join their team.
The Studio Manager will be the central point of coordination for studio operations, client communications and office management. The successful candidate will be passionate about design and creative industries, bringing a high level of professionalism and initiative to the role.
This is a part-time position working a 3-day week. The role offers flexibility in working arrangements and would suit someone who thrives in a collaborative studio environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring all administrative and business functions run efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive support to the Directors, including diary management, meeting coordination and general executive assistance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers and external stakeholders.
- Support project administration, including document management, presentations, scheduling and coordination of project-related activities.
- Coordinate furniture procurement activities, including supplier liaison, quotations, purchase orders and delivery tracking.
- Maintain studio systems, processes and workflows.
- Assist with financial administration, including invoicing, expense tracking and general business support tasks.
- Support marketing initiatives including social media coordination, website updates and submission materials.
- Assist with creative studio activities and team initiatives where required.
- Support the wider design team to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and effectively.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Studio Manager, Office Manager or Practice Manager role.
- Proven experience working within a boutique design studio and fast-moving environment.
- Experience within the interior design, architecture, furniture, property or broader creative industries is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate business needs.
- Proven administrative, coordination and stakeholder management experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach with the confidence to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
- Experience supporting senior leadership or Directors is advantageous.
- Exposure to furniture procurement, supplier management or product sourcing would be highly regarded.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management systems.
