Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a B2B marketing and content strategy across LinkedIn and Instagram, engaging architects, interior designers, developers and other A&D professionals.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns and monthly newsletters, communicating project wins, product launches, industry news and brand updates.
Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring project photography, product information and technical content are current, accurate and engaging.
Partner with the sales and leadership teams on A&D-focused marketing initiatives, collateral and outreach strategies to support business growth.
Manage multiple marketing projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring brand consistency, quality and deadlines are maintained.
Skills & Experience
Marketing experience within the lighting, architectural products or interior products industry is essential.
Strong understanding of the architecture and design sector, with the ability to communicate effectively with architects, designers and other industry professionals.
Proven experience managing professional social media channels, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram, with an understanding of B2B content.
Experience with email marketing platforms, website CMS and digital marketing tools.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and design-led concepts into compelling content.
Highly organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of a broad marketing function.
Strong visual and aesthetic sensibility, with an appreciation for premium design and high-quality imagery.
