Project Coordinator Role
Join a leading Australian company specialising in premium solar shading, automated controls and hospitality window furnishings. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Project Coordinator to support blind, curtain and shading installations across Sydney.
Ideal for someone with experience in window furnishings, carpentry or interior fit-outs, this role offers the opportunity to build project and site coordination skills while working on exciting commercial and architectural projects alongside an experienced Project Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with managing daily schedules for fitters and installers across commercial and residential projects.
Check completed blind, curtain and shutter installations specifications and measure sheets.
Ensure installers and contractors follow site safety requirements, PPE guidelines and company procedures.
Assist with resolving onsite installation issues, delivery delays and other challenges in collaboration with Project Managers, clients and installers.
Work closely with the Project Management team to coordinate materials, deliveries, site access and project documentation.
Skills & Experience
Basic understanding of construction or fit-out environments, with the ability to read floor plans and use basic hand tools.
Experience in window furnishings, blinds, curtains, carpentry, joinery, construction or general interior fit-outs is highly regarded.
Strong communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with builders, clients, installers and internal teams.
Highly organised with good attention to detail and the ability to manage schedules and follow up on tasks.
Valid Australian driver's licence.
