Experienced Grad/Technical Architect for National studio - ARCHICAD, immediate start contract

A prestigious design studio is looking for an experienced ArchiCAD user to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong ArchiCAD skillset and a passion for supporting architectural teams in the production of exceptional projects. Immediate start - contract to permanent potential.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to the team across project stages
Assist in project documentation and collaborate closely with senior architects to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Contribute to the creation of detailed construction documentation, ensuring it aligns with project goals
Regularly review and verify documentation for quality, accuracy, and compliance with design intent and standards - proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they arise
Collaborate with other project consultants and contractors to ensure seamless integration

Skills and experience

A degree in Architecture or a related field is highly preferred
Operating at a level equal to 5-10+ years' experience on architectural projects
Registration as an architect not essential
Proven expertise in ArchiCAD, with advanced knowledge of its features and functions
Strong technical documentation skills, with a focus on detailed design and construction drawings
Previous experience working on high-quality and complex projects
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive collaboration
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
