This role is for a Senior - Associate level Designer to lead and coordinate workplace projects from concept to completion. Reporting to the Global Design Director, you’ll be hands-on across all design phases- driving creative outcomes, mentoring team members, and ensuring design excellence every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client briefings and define design direction, budget, and functional needs
Coordinate with Estimating and PM teams to align design with budget and timeline
Create presentations including plans, 3D visuals, and concept narratives
Prepare documentation: specifications, tender, and construction packs
Source finishes, FF&E, and ensure alignment with budget and program
Collaborate with consultants and attend site meetings during delivery
Troubleshoot design/buildability issues while maintaining intent
Support pitches with design collateral and visuals
- Stay across global workplace trends and design codes
Skills & Experience
- Degree or qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
Approximately 10+ years' of experience, extensive workplace design essential
Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
Confident in leading projects and mentoring junior designers
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
Highly skilled in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite
Proven experience across all project phases
Detail-focused with strong design and delivery knowledge
