Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical delivery of retail, shopping centre, and industrial projects from start to finish.
- Manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants and team members to keep projects on track.
- Ensure designs meet high standards, balancing creativity with practical goals.
- Support and mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Use Revit to produce accurate drawings and documentation efficiently.
- Present ideas to clients and the team, helping to build the studio’s reputation for innovative design.
- Contribute to a positive studio culture, encouraging sustainable and modern architecture.
Skills and Experience
- Experience leading retail, shopping centre, or mixed-use projects from concept through to completion.
- Strong skills in Revit.
- Ability to work independently and lead a project team.
- Good communication skills and experience working with clients and consultants.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and paying attention to detail.
- Passionate about good design and a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
- Relevant architecture degree necessary.
