The Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing all phases of architectural projects from concept development, masterplanning, and documentation through to construction administration and project delivery. Lead coordination meetings, manage schedules and budgets, as well as manage a close-knit internal team.

Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with team members across project stages
- Develop design options and ideas both individually and in collaboration
- Industry knowledge of Australian building standards, codes, and practices
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence and adherence to timelines
Skills and Experience
- Local experience with capable project leadership skills
- Relevant Architecture degree/qualifications
- Proven experience as a project lead with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects
- Experience in project management, including experience leading a team
- Experience in industrial and/commercial architecture
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience producing and maintaining drawings sets
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Positive and engaging personality with strong work ethic and team player
