An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Architect to join a small, established architecture and interiors practice. Working across residential, hospitality and interior projects, the practice creates thoughtful spaces with a strong focus on quality, longevity and considered design. Suited to an Architect who enjoys leading projects, solving technical challenges and helping others deliver their best work. Working closely with the Director, you will take ownership of projects while providing senior technical and project delivery leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects through design, documentation and construction
- Provide senior technical oversight and quality assurance
- Review documentation, specifications and technical detailing
- Support project teams with technical, consultant, client and construction matters
- Coordinate consultants and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and builders
Skills and Experience
- Australian Architecture registration preferred
- Operating at a level similar to 8+ years' post-graduate experience
- Strong experience across residential architecture, including high-end and interiors
- Proven experience leading projects from design through documentation and construction
- Strong technical knowledge and experience coordinating consultants
- Confidence working directly with clients, consultants and builders
- Ability to balance design intent with technical resolution
- A collaborative, hands-on approach
- Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape knowledge
