An emerging, design-led landscape practice based in Sydney is seeking a motivated mid-level Landscape Architect / Designer to join their growing team. Specialising in the high-end residential market, this is a rare opportunity to move into a boutique environment where your contribution directly impacts the studio’s evolution.
You are technically sharp, uncompromising in your design standards, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting. You’re comfortable managing projects from initial concept through to construction and have the confidence to run multiple high-end residential sites concurrently.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver exceptional, bespoke residential gardens.
Interpret complex briefs and develop innovative, site-specific design solutions.
Conduct regular site visits and lead coordination with specialist contractors.
Liaise directly with high-net-worth clients, managing expectations and presentations.
Skills, Experience & Requirements:
2–4 years of post-graduate experience within a similar design-focused practice.
Proficiency in Vectorworks (preferred) or AutoCAD.
Proven track record preparing landscape concept plans, DA / CC / CDC sets, and detailed construction documentation.
Strong understanding of NSW council development processes and current legislation.
Solid knowledge of Australian horticulture and planting design.
Experience managing end-to-end projects within the high-end residential sector.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
