Key Responsibilities

Manage the technical delivery of schemes using Vectorworks, producing accurate, detailed drawings essential to high-quality project execution.
Collaborate closely with consultants, and contractors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring the realisation of design intent throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring seamless coordination and on-time delivery of complex, high-profile projects.
Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence, learning, and innovation within the studio.
Contribute to client presentations, design reviews, and concept discussions, positioning yourself as a vital driver of project success.

Skills & Experience

Extensive experience delivering private residential, retail, or boutique commercial projects at a senior level.
Proficiency in Vectorworks (2D essential) with a keen eye for detailed, precise design documentation.
Proven ability to take ownership of projects through documentation, with strong organisational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills, able to articulate design ideas clearly to clients and collaborators.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Experience working within boutique studios or on international projects is highly regarded.
A passion for high-quality, innovative design that pushes creative boundaries.
