Seeking a talented architect to work on high end private residential projects.
You will have a minimum of 10 years proven experience in similar roles, including 3 years local experience gained on private residential projects (ideally in Sydney), and a successful track record in running small to medium projects from start to finish. Excellent communication skills are a must, as well strong design, delivery and client facing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding client service on high budget houses and other boutique projects
- Lead projects from start to completion (including technical aspects)
- Work closely with others and mentor junior team members
- Ensure timely and high quality documentation and detailing
- Ensure highest quality design is delivered through to the final details and finishes
- Work closely with clients and team members
Skills and Experience
- Architectural qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years' experience including some Australian experience dealing with consultants and approval processes.
- Good design eye - able to work through design development
- Past local experience on high budget private residential projects
- Outstanding record for leading projects through all phases including detailed documentation and delivery.
