A well-established Sydney architecture practice is expanding its team and is looking to appoint talented architects across a range of levels. With a strong pipeline of multi-residential projects, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative studio delivering high-quality work from concept through to construction.
We're particularly interested in candidates with local Australian experience in multi-residential projects. ArchiCAD experience is highly regarded, although experienced Revit users will also be considered for senior construction-focused roles.
Key Responsibilities, Skills & Experience
- Deliver Multi-Residential projects following initial concept to construction
- Build strong rapport with clients/consultants and team members
- Contribute to innovative designs and ensure the delivery of high-quality details
- Coordination with Client, Consultants, and Suppliers, integrating feedback in design
- Provide regular project updates and proactively identify risks, ensuring seamless execution
- Relevant architectural qualifications and working rights
- Proven local experience working on Class 2 / Multi-Residential projects
- Strong understanding of the ADG and local codes to ensure compliance
- Excellent communication skills
Associate:
- Operating at a level similar to 10+ years' experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently
- Experience leading and mentoring teams of 4-5 people
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- ArchiCAD preferred, Revit also considered
Project Leaders (Construction):
- Operating at a level similar to 6+ years' experience
- Extensive construction documentation and delivery experience
- Ability to coordinate consultants and manage project outcomes
- ArchiCAD preferred, Revit also considered
Experienced Graduate Architects:
- Operating at a level similar to 3-4+ years' local experience
- Experience across DA and construction documentation
- Strong ArchiCAD skills highly regarded
