Key responsibilities
- Lead the design development and technical execution of seniors living and aged care schemes.
- Manage multiple project stages from initial concept through planning approvals, ensuring timely, accurate documentation.
- Drive the Revit modelling and technical documentation to produce clear, well-coordinated drawings.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to bring project visions to life while maintaining project deadlines.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a positive, team-focused environment.
- Contribute to innovative design ideas, with a focus on community, accessibility, and sustainability.
Skills and experience
- Proven architectural experience including residential, seniors living, or aged care projects.
- Strong Revit skills and experience leading detailed design and documentation.
- Proven ability to manage projects from early concepts to detailed design and delivery.
- Good knowledge of Australian building standards, planning regulations, and sector-specific requirements.
- Clear communicator comfortable working collaboratively across teams and with clients.
