In this role, you'll be instrumental in bringing exceptional landscape designs to life, supporting projects from concept through to detailed documentation and construction. Your expertise in Vectorworks will be highly valued as you contribute to a portfolio of prestigious residential gardens.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality landscape concept plans, DA/CC/CDC plans, design development drawings, and detailed documentation using Vectorworks.
Translate design briefs and sketches into accurate and comprehensive technical drawings.
Collaborate closely with landscape architects and project managers to ensure design intent is maintained.
Assist with site visits and coordination with contractors, ensuring documentation aligns with on-site realities.
Manage and maintain drawing registers and document control.
Skills, Experience & Requirements:
Proficiency in Vectorworks is essential.
3+ years of experience in a similar documentation-focused role within a landscape architecture or architectural practice.
Demonstrated experience in preparing landscape concept plans, DA/CC/CDC plans, design development, and detailed documentation.
Familiarity with council development processes and legislation for DA/CC & CDCs is highly regarded.
Strong understanding of construction detailing and technical documentation principles.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
