A small design studio with projects across Health, Education, Hospitality, Commercial, Community, and Residential are looking for a Graduate/Architect with a keen interest in Health projects. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential and the ability to work in a team is essential. Enthusiasm and eagerness for career progression within small to mid-sized projects across these sectors is a must.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to a variety of local Commercial, Education and Health projects
- Revit modelling and documentation
- Work closely with existing team members
- Undertake design projects from concept to completion
- Production of working drawings, detailing and delivery and implementation of drawing packages
- Client and consultant coordination
Skills and experience
- Enthusiasm and curiosity in the Health sector
- Strong Revit documentation experience within an architectural practice required
- Leading projects experience required
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attitude and a hands-on approach
- Experience in the health sector is beneficial but not critical
- Local knowledge of Access code and BCAs essential
