Key Responsibilities
- Spearheading client engagement and project delivery across branding, interiors, property marketing, and digital platforms, ensuring seamless execution from initial brief to final outcome.
- Managing photography projects, overseeing enquiries, quoting, scheduling, and post-production workflows to uphold the studio’s renowned standards.
- Supporting digital campaigns by coordinating website updates, lead generation systems, and cross-platform content support using tools such as WordPress and Sanity.
- Optimising studio operations by tracking project timelines, budgets, invoicing, and coordinating with external partners via Asana, Streamtime, and Slack.
- Assisting with business development efforts, including drafting pitches, credentials decks, and strategic initiatives to foster ongoing growth and client engagement.
- Cultivating strong, proactive relationships with clients and creative teams, anticipating project needs and resolving issues ahead of time.
- Providing vital operational support to ensure the studio’s workflow remains streamlined, efficient, and creatively inspiring.
Skills & Experience
- Proven success as an Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Producer, or Project Manager within a creative or design-focused environment.
- A keen eye for style, taste, and understanding of architecture, interiors, fashion, or photographic arts, appreciating the creative workflow without necessarily being a designer.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities smoothly in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
