Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day financial administration and reporting, ensuring clarity and accuracy to support strategic decision-making
Drive improvements in financial systems and processes, including specialist use of Xero, to enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with leadership to provide vital commercial insights and financial oversight, positioning the business for scalable growth
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and optimise business performance
Oversee business insurance policies and related administrative functions, maintaining strong risk management practices
Support broader business planning initiatives, contributing to the development of processes that support future growth
Take ownership of financial tasks with a solutions-oriented approach, balancing detailed management with strategic oversight

Skills & Experience

Demonstrable experience managing finance and commercial administration within a professional services or design-oriented business
Strong proficiency in financial systems, particularly Xero, with a track record of process improvement
Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and a practical, solutions-focused mindset
Commercially astute, comfortable working alongside senior leaders to inform strategic decisions
Autonomous, proactive, and able to navigate complex financial and administrative challenges
Excellent communicator, capable of translating financial data into clear, actionable insights
Experience building scalable financial and administrative processes in a growing organisation
