Proven track record of project lifecycles, complex drawing packages, and client management is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Successful running of a scale of projects, principally being refurbishment or alterations and additions to existing (heritage) buildings
- Liaise and manage existing and potential clients through all aspects of a project lifecycle
- Generate and refine design, prepare project documentation and report writing
- Produce design related information and reports, both written and graphic
- Co-ordinate and manage internal team members and external specialist consultants, stages or packages
- Generate technical and detailed driven solutions
- Complete projects to a high standard, on time and to budget
- Support the delivery of projects on-site, either through the provision of technical advice or contract administrator
Skills & Experience
- Degree qualification in Architecture or Heritage Conservation
- Current ARBV Registration
- 5+ years post grad experience
- Proven ability to independently manage the delivery of services and projects
- Experience working on architectural or heritage advisory projects
- Excellent technical knowledge of conservation refurbishment, alterations and additions, adaptive re-use and construction detailing
- Experience leading a team, and developing individuals
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- High-level Revit & AutoCAD proficiency
- Local experience essential
