With a growing portfolio spanning multi-residential, commercial, and education sectors, they’re seeking a confident, experienced interior designer (or interiors-focused architect) to lead interior workstreams on medium-scale projects. Multi-residential experience is essential; commercial and education experience is highly regarded. Proficiency in Archicad is essential.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to interior design concepts through research, analysis, and collaboration.
- Prepare detailed documentation and drawings with strong design intent and technical accuracy across all stages.
- Produce highly resolved, graphically cohesive presentations and reports.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers throughout design and delivery.
- Partner with the broader architectural team to ensure integrated design outcomes.
Skills & experience
- 4+ years’ post-graduate experience within interior design or architecture, with a strong interiors focus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven multi-residential project experience (commercial and/or education experience a plus).
- Archicad proficiency required; Adobe Creative Suite essential; Enscape experience beneficial.
- End-to-end project exposure—from concept to delivery.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
