Key Responsibilities - Lead the conceptualization and design of bespoke luxury residential interiors, ensuring alignment with client vision and project goals
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver exceptional results
- Manage multiple projects from concept through construction, overseeing design development, documentation, and presentation
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a creative and efficient team environment
- Maintain high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and innovation throughout all phases
Skills and Experience- Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
- Experience in Revit, Enscape and Adobe Suite
- Proven track record in high-end residential interior design, preferably with luxury private homes
- Exceptional design talent with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills
- Excellent project management and communication abilities
- Deep understanding of sophisticated materials, finishes, and detailing
