We’re looking for a bright, curious, and detail-driven Mid-Level Interior Designer to join a progressive, design-led studio specializing in workplace strategy and interiors. Key Responsibilities
- Work on exciting workplace projects from concept through to documentation and delivery
- Develop space plans, finishes, joinery, and FF&E packages that align with strategy and brand identity
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients to deliver considered design outcomes
- Prepare presentation material, visualizations, and design packs to clearly communicate ideas
- Contribute to a studio culture where collaboration and design reviews are part of the creative process
- Mentor juniors and share knowledge while continuing to grow into a leadership pathway
Skills and Experience
- 4 to 7 years’ post-graduate experience in interiors, ideally with workplace exposure
- Exceptional Revit proficiency with proven experience producing highly detailed documentation
- A keen eye for detailing and craftsmanship across joinery, materials, and finishes
- Strong technical skills across documentation, detailing, compliance, and consultant coordination
- A creative mindset with a love of concept design, finishes, and FF&E
- Experience in complex detailing
