About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and energetic student to join our team as a Part-Time Production & Graphic Assistant. In this role, you will bridge the gap between digital design and real-world manufacturing—taking artwork from software like Adobe Creative Cloud and Onyx RIP to produce finished, high-quality custom signs and graphics.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Pre-Production:
- Work directly with graphic designers to prep digital artwork for large-format output.
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Firefly for graphic design tweaks, layouts, and proofing.
- Set up and manage print workflows using Onyx RIP software.
- Physical Production & Assembly:
- Operate and maintain large-format printers and finishing equipment.
- Apply computer-cut vinyl and full-color graphics to various substrates (cutting, laminating, cleaning).
- Perform weeding, mounting, encapsulating, and finishing on printed materials.
- Perform quality assurance checks against work orders to ensure standard accuracy.
- Operations & Collaboration:
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced team environment.
- Assist with customer service and front-desk coverage when needed.
- Help unload, store, and keep inventory of raw production materials.
Qualifications & Physical Demands

Software Skills: Familiarity or experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Firefly) and Onyx RIP software is strongly preferred.

Hands-on Aptitude: Comfort using basic shop tools and light power equipment.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and lean over waist-high production tables for precise vinyl application.
