Kati Curtis Design is seeking a highly capable, detail-obsessed Senior Interior Designer / Project Lead who is excited by richly layered, high-end residential interiors and understands what it takes to bring them to life. This role is about being the right fit for a fast-moving, highly creative studio known for colorful, soulful, globally inspired luxury. We are looking for someone who can support and elevate the Kati Curtis Design vision while also bringing structure, accountability, and excellence to every phase of a project. The ideal candidate has a strong decorative eye, a deep understanding of classical design details, and the project management discipline to keep complex work moving. They are fluent in Studio Designer, comfortable managing vendors and client-facing details, and able to balance beauty with budgets, timelines, approvals, procurement, and installation logistics. This person should love the details - fabrics, trims, custom furniture, wallcoverings, art, accessories, lighting, and all the layered decisions that make a KCD interior feel expressive, personal, and complete. They should also be proactive, precise, communicative, and comfortable working in a studio where creativity, high standards, and follow-through matter equally.
