As a Client Services Coordinator, this position will be a vital member of our New York Flagship Showroom team. This role extends far beyond processing orders and will be an integral part of creating an exceptional client experience which has made ARTE one of the world’s leading luxury wallcovering brands. Working closely with our Sales Team, this role will support relationships with top residential Interior Designers and Architects. The Client Service Coordinator will be responsible for the administrative details behind every transaction—starting from sample requests to processing sales orders—this position touches every aspect of the sales cycle and enables our sales team to focus on growing the business while ensuring every client receives the seamless, white-glove service they deserve. Your attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to excellence will directly contribute to the success of our showroom team, strengthen client relationships and showroom experience, and reinforce ARTE’s reputation for exceptional service within the luxury design community.
