Mid-Level Interior Designer - Workplace & Hospitality Projects

With an acclaimed reputation for pushing creative boundaries and fostering a collaborative studio culture, this is an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Interior Designer to develop their experience across high-profile projects. Joining this team means working alongside talented designers, contributing to innovative concepts and developing your technical and design capabilities within a vibrant, forward-thinking studio.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the conceptualisation and development of workplace and hospitality projects, translating client briefs into creative and considered design solutions.
Work alongside senior designers and project leaders across projects from concept and design development through to documentation and delivery.
Produce accurate and highly resolved technical documentation using Revit, ensuring design intent and buildability are maintained.
Assist with consultant coordination, responding to project requirements and helping resolve design and technical issues throughout delivery.
Develop material palettes, FF&E selections, finishes and joinery details that support the overall design concept.
Participate in client presentations, design reviews and internal workshops, clearly communicating ideas and contributing to the wider design conversation.
Collaborate closely with the broader studio, consultants and contractors while continuing to develop your project delivery skills and technical knowledge.

Skills & Experience:

Approximately 4–7 years of professional interior design experience, ideally across workplace and/or hospitality projects.
Strong proficiency in Revit, with the ability to produce accurate, coordinated documentation packages.
A strong portfolio demonstrating both creative design thinking and technical capability across different project stages.
Good understanding of materials, FF&E, finishes and joinery, with an interest in continuing to develop specification and detailing knowledge.
Experience contributing to projects from concept and design development through to documentation and construction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to collaborate with clients, consultants and internal project teams.
A proactive and organised approach, with a genuine desire to learn, develop and take on increasing project responsibility.
Relevant qualifications in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related discipline.
