Key Responsibilities
- Lead the interior design development for distinctive multi-family and mixed-use schemes, ensuring innovative, spatially compelling, and commercially viable concepts.
- Take ownership of design presentation packages, client and stakeholder engagement, and presenting your vision with confidence during meetings.
- Manage the full technical delivery process, including detailed FF&E selections for high-end residential and complex urban schemes.
- Collaborate closely with architecture and project teams to ensure seamless integration of interior and architectural elements, maintaining design integrity.
- Coordinate scheduling, project timelines, and deliverables to ensure key milestones are consistently met, demonstrating leadership and organisation.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading interior design projects within multi-family, mixed-use, or large-scale urban developments.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, and AutoCAD.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, stakeholder meetings, and project schedules independently.
