The practice is seeking a skilled Registered Architect to join them who is capable leading design and delivery of projects, whilst collaborating with the wider team. They are on the lookout for an all-rounder with a strong eye for design and strong Revit documentation experience and contract admin experience across Multi-res / Mixed-use projects. Key Responsibilities
- Work on various projects of scale and typologies across all stages
- Contribute to projects from concept to completion
- Prepare highly detailed Revit documentation
- Lead projects autonomously across their lifecycle
- Collaborate with Director and broader team through design process
- Liaise with clients and consultants using your exceptional communication skills
- Ensure outstanding project outcomes and deliverables, whilst being able to lead a small team
Skills & Experience
- Masters degree in Architecture
- Approx 7+ years' post-graduate experience
- ARBV Registered (desirable)
- Revit proficiency is a must!
- Rhino, Grasshopper, and Sketchup will be highly regarded
- Experience across a mixture of sectors including multi-res, single-res and commercial
- Strong documentation skills
- Knowledge of building construction and specifications (desirable)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
- Take ownership and run projects autonomously
