Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and technical delivery of prestigious residential projects, ensuring excellence at every stage.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and the project team to drive innovative solutions and maintain high standards.
- Production of detailed drawings and models using Revit, maintaining accuracy and design integrity.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordination processes to meet critical milestones.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a cohesive and inspired studio environment.
- Contribute to studio-wide pursuits and initiatives, helping to shape the firm’s ongoing reputation for quality and innovation.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ post-graduate experience in Australia, with a strong portfolio of private residential and/or hotel projects.
- Proven ability to lead design and technical aspects of projects, from concept through to completion.
- Expertise in Revit is essential, with the ability to produce comprehensive and detailed construction documentation.
- Strong conceptual design skills, coupled with practical problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating within multidisciplinary teams and presenting ideas convincingly.
