What We Need: We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Design Public Group team. The Sales Support Specialist will serve as a critical liaison between the sales team, trade partners, and other departments within the organization. This role is accountable for overseeing the full sales process, facilitating collaboration with the field sales team, and cultivating robust, enduring relationships with trade partners in designated regions. What You Will Do: Tasks for the teams’ daily transactions to thoughtfully manage various key points, timelines and communicate through departments Provide on-boarding and continuing education training assistance for new members. Participate in mentor meetings and activities. Primary support for quote and order coordination and supervision. Partner with field sales and trade partners in assigned territory to achieve sales and profitability goals. Execute proposals, quotes, vendor communication, etc. Provide market intelligence and competitive trends to make recommendations on products and programs to customers. Support sales through creation and maintenance of project deliverables. Actively track all activities within CRM; maintain pertinent sales data. Primary sales support delivery methods will be virtual including phone and emails. Participate in activities appropriate to ensure client success.
