This is a broad and influential role for an experienced operations or studio management professional who enjoys being deeply embedded in a creative organisation.
Working closely with the Founder and Senior Management Team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business while playing an important role in shaping internal processes, supporting the team and contributing to the organisation’s ongoing growth. Acting across operations, people and culture, executive support, communications and events, you will ensure the business runs smoothly while continually identifying opportunities to improve how things are done.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, including workplace management, systems, suppliers, technology and process improvement.

Support people and culture initiatives, HR administration and team wellbeing while helping foster a positive and collaborative workplace.

Act as a trusted support to the Founder and Senior Management Team, assisting with executive administration, internal processes and strategic initiatives.

Coordinate and improve administrative and project workflows, supporting colleagues across multiple priorities and high-pressure deadlines.

Manage proposals, presentations, communications and brand collateral across digital platforms, submissions and other business development activity.

Plan and deliver internal and external events, ensuring professional and engaging experiences for clients, guests and the wider industry.
Skills & Experience

Proven experience in studio management, operations, practice management or a similarly broad business support role.

Highly organised with strong operational, project management and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence and the ability to build trusted relationships.

Experience supporting senior leadership and handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Strong written communication, proofreading and presentation skills, including proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office.

A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach with the confidence to take ownership and improve processes.
