A Manhattan based and award-winning firm with a focus on multi-family residential design, sustainable urban revitalization, civic and educational projects is seeking a talented Designers with 3-5 years of experience to join their team.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager of project workflows, documentation and submittals.
- Support Project Manager with construction administration responsibilities.
- Coordinate with a variety of consultants.
Skills and experience:
- Professional degree in Architecture.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience including design coordination, construction documents, consultant coordination and construction administration.
- Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
- Architecture License preferred (or working towards getting it)
- Proficiency in Revit is a big plus.
- Knowledge of NYC zoning and codes strongly preferred.
