Palomino Interior Design is seeking an Intermediate Interior Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience who is highly organized, thoughtful, and eager to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role supports the design team through every phase of a project — from initial concept development through procurement and final installation — while playing an active role in shaping spaces that feel personal, layered, and enduring. The ideal candidate brings strong technical proficiency, a refined design sensibility, and a proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve gracefully, and manage details with care and precision. You will work closely with the Principal and the broader team to help ensure projects are executed seamlessly and held to the highest standard. This position involves ongoing coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, fabricators, and contractors, requiring both a strong understanding of high-end residential design and an appreciation for the complexities of custom construction and procurement.
