- Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development of bespoke FF&E specifications and integrated interior design concepts for premium residential projects, ensuring every detail reflects the studio’s high standards of quality and elegance.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, from initial design development through to installation, maintaining tight control over timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with clients, guiding them confidently through design choices and creating spaces that exceed their aspirations.
- Collaborate seamlessly with architects, suppliers, and artisans to source exceptional materials, finishes, and furnishings that elevate each project’s unique character.
- Mentor junior designers within the team, fostering a culture of innovation, precision, and professional growth.
- Conduct detailed site visits to oversee project execution, ensuring design integrity and flawless execution on every detail.
- Drive project documentation, including detailed schedules, specifications, and technical drawings, harnessing your expert knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 6 years’ experience specialising in luxury residential interior design, with a strong FF&E background.
- Proven leadership in managing complex projects from concept to installation, ideally within the high-end residential or hospitality sectors.
- Mastery of space planning, detailed design development, and technical documentation.
- Skilled in producing visual presentations using SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional communication skills, confident in presenting ideas and liaising effectively with clients, suppliers, and project teams.
- Strong organisational skills, adept at juggling multiple projects, timelines, and budgets without compromising quality.
