This is a rare opportunity for an Architect to be the first on the ground for an established interstate studio expanding into Queensland. Based in Brisbane (or the Gold Coast), you’ll work across major Sydney rail projects alongside an exciting local project.
This is a long-term fully remote / hybrid role, backed by senior in-person support whenever you need. The ideal candidate will enjoy the client-facing and people side of architecture, keen to build relationships alongside your seniors and to help this studio grow their local presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Work across major rail and transport projects
- Lead documentation, coordination and project delivery
- Attend local client meetings with your senior leadership
- Build relationships with clients and consultants
- Help establish and grow the studio’s Queensland presence
Skills & Experience
- Senior Architect or Architect (registration ideal)
- Revit proficiency
- Prior rail, transport or infrastructure experience
- Strong documentation and delivery skills
- Positive, personable and comfortable speaking with clients and the interstate team
- An ambition or interest in business development is highly regarded for this role
