Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end management of key client accounts within the architectural and interior products sector, ensuring consistent delivery of outstanding service and solutions.
Demonstrate consultative expertise by understanding client needs, translating them into tailored window furnishing proposals that enhance project aesthetics and functionality.
Utilise CRM systems to nurture client relationships, track opportunities, and optimise sales pipelines, driving revenue growth and repeat business.
Collaborate closely with internal design, technical teams, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Drive strategic sales initiatives by presenting product innovations and customised solutions that position the company as a market leader.
Provide detailed product and technical guidance, supporting clients through design choices and project timelines to ensure excellence at every stage.
Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge, identifying new market opportunities and fostering long-term client partnerships.

Skills & Experience

Proven track record in sales within architectural, interior design, or related sectors, with a focus on premium window furnishings or similar products.
Strong proficiency in CRM systems and account management, demonstrating strategic pipeline development.
Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting compelling proposals to diverse stakeholders.
Solid understanding of architectural project workflows, timelines, and technical requirements.
Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects within a remote environment.
Technical knowledge of window treatment products, materials, and contemporary design trends.
Commercial acumen with a focus on delivering tailored solutions that meet client and project needs.
