They are seeking a talented Graduate of Architecture / Project Leader with a passion for design and strong project coordination skills. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support projects from concept design and feasibility through to design development.
- Prepare design presentations, feasibility studies and planning submissions.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal project teams.
- Assist in delivering high-quality design outcomes across large-scale multi-residential projects.
- Support project delivery while ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Contribute creative design ideas while maintaining strong technical coordination.
Skills & Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Architecture.
- Minimum 6 years' professional experience within an architectural practice.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale multi-residential projects, with mixed-use experience highly regarded.
- Strong background in concept design, feasibility studies and project leadership.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Excellent design, communication and presentation skills.
- Sound understanding of Australian planning requirements, building regulations and construction methodologies.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
