A well-established architecture and planning practice is seeking a Senior Architectural Project Manager to join its growing San Francisco studio.
This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced architect or project manager who can take ownership of complex projects, build strong client relationships and lead internal and consultant teams through successful project delivery.
The studio works across a diverse portfolio including education, multifamily, senior living and retail, and is looking for someone with strong California experience who can combine project leadership with commercial awareness and client development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from early design through construction, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, maintaining project schedules and budgets, and acting as a key point of contact for clients.
You will have:
- Significant architectural project management experience
- Experience delivering projects in California
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Experience leading architectural teams and coordinating consultants
- Strong understanding of project delivery, schedules and budgets
- Experience within education, multifamily, senior living, retail or related sectors
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- An interest in contributing to business development and the continued growth of the studio
- California architectural licensure preferred
Experience with California education projects and DSA processes would be particularly relevant.
